Our Services

The Site provides information about our residential remodeling services and lets you request a free estimate or consultation. Content on the Site is for general information only. Any remodeling work we perform for you is governed by a separate written contract and estimate — nothing on this Site is a binding offer, quote, or guarantee of price, timeline, or availability.

Estimates & Communications

Submitting a request through the Site does not create a contract for services. When you contact us, you agree that we may respond by phone, text message, email, or the Site’s chat using the contact details you provide. If you communicate with us by text, standard message and data rates may apply; reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by:

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries
• Attempting to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site
• Copying or scraping Site content for commercial use without permission
• Using the Site’s forms or chat to send spam or unlawful content

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photos of our work, logos, and design — belongs to Bright Home Solutions LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Licensing

Bright Home Solutions LLC is a Virginia Class A Residential Building Contractor, License #2705201586, licensed and insured.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, we make no warranties that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its content is complete or current. Project photos represent past work and results vary by project.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Home Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right set out in a signed remodeling contract between you and Bright Home Solutions LLC, or any right that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Third-Party Services

The Site uses third-party services such as website hosting, form processing, embedded maps, and a chat/messaging widget. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
